From June to September, the monsoon brings stronger winds and occasional swells which can limit boat operations and underwater visibility. If your goal is the most relaxed conditions for your first bubbles or to capture vibrant reef photography, plan for the post-monsoon window starting October, with November to March being particularly consistent.
